How do you adjust the headlights on the 95 accord, the vertical (up down) part I get it, but what about the horizontal part (left and right)?

And No it does not say on my manual

You can only do it up-down. The side-to-side is for old sealed-beam headlights.

No left/right for the OEM lights, the JDM OEM ones you can.

 

Uh, there is a very expensive looking triple-screw device with gears and a spring below the high beam bulb plug, requiring a very expensive "Honda Service Special Tool" to operate. Honda wouldn't build anything without adjustment. The question is, who do you have to kill get one?
