Default Lowering Springs and Shocks

What is a good set of lowering springs and shocks?
I have looked around, but havnt decided?
What is a good height?

and, this question is TOTALLY preference. if i like a rough harsh ride, and you like a smoothe as butter grandpaw buick ride, my spring i suggest for you you will not like. and ride height is preference also... i love my car SLAMMED and TUCKIN, but its not practical where the roads are bad and where it snows.... so geography plays in also... and different shock/spring combos feel different. most struts you void the warranty when you lower more than 1.5" or 2"... which isnt that low on an ef..

just research research research. look through the "picture" page at the top, see an amount you have lowered, and pm the guy and say, "hey, i like your car, do you mind if i ask what springs you have?" im sure they wont mind, and since you figured this out on your own you also wont get flamed on here.... just my $ .02
