Will there be any problem running one of these pulleys since it does not have the damper like the stock pulley?

I'm new to Hondas and dont know if it is required or not. I'm use to working on Buick Grand Nationals and they have to have a damper. My motor is built up for boost and dont want to have any damage done by not running a damper.

The reason I was going to change it is because im running an Electromotive TEC 3 and need a crank trigger and Electromotive sells a UR crank pullley with a crank trigger on it.
