SO i have a power slot big rotor kit on my honda. It Brakes and stops just fine.....but when they warm up from high speeds or wutever they pulse and shake real bad. Are they warped and just caused by heating up? or my pads just not up to par for slotted rotors?
I had the same problem In my case I was using EBC Green Stuff Brake Pads, these were way to aggresive on the power slot rotors so they warpped really easy, I put Honda pads and haven't had a problem since

im currently trying to figure out if mine are warped or if they are having the problem above. ^^ i have a feeling its warping because i just changed pads and the problem still exists.

it wasnt a problem till i went to the track and made high speed stops over and over. im going to have them looked at but its not the best idea to turn drilled and slotted rotors.

sounds like you built up uneven material deposit on the rotors during your heavy braking at the track- as Padawan said. Rotors rarely actually "warp" but when heated to extreme temps the pad material will start to build up on the rotor surface and cause the system to vibrate, or pulsate, at speed.
I've had this problem with various "performance" pads on my old Subarus, but never when using OEM pads. I never messed with aftermarket pads on my civic, with that experience, and haven't had problems yet. They are designed for your vehicle and are put on at the factory for a reason. I would say go to OEM pads and new rotors, if you don't want to have the old ones turned. Good luck.
EDIT: that is if you can get OEM pads for a BBK- didn't see that soon enough. you may have to experiment to find the right pad/rotor combination.
