Default 1992 Accord LX (I think) cold (very cold) flooding

I don't come here a lot, but that's another story... mostly for the sake of the GF's Civic and her dad's Accord, and my generally good wrenching ability, although it seems more tuned for domestic machinery.

The accord is a 92 LX with a four banger and a five speed manual. My gf's civic runs well and no further mention of it will be made.

Anyways, we've had a cold spurt here in MI, and in the single digits (farenheit) sometimes it'll crank over fine as usual, but it almost starts, and after a couple time gasoline fumes are in the air, indicating an overly rich condition.

Besides the usual basic maitenence (oil and lube, and do they really check the air filters there?) it really hasn't seen much beyond a brake job and a new starter ever since he had it (80k mostly rural miles ago).

So far on my list of 'to do' things is...

NGK plugs and wires, dist. cap and rotor
check air filter and stay away from fram, at least in oil filters http://people.msoe.edu/~yoderw....html
fix oil seepage from sensor just above oil filter (anyone have experience with this?)
clean throttle body (run some seafoam through a vaccum line)
clean fuel system (and a can of seafoam in the gas tank)
fuel filter (probably not a bad idea for preventative maitenence after 80,000 miles)

edit:
if anyone here has any ideas, opinions, or things to say, feel free to use the rights provided to you by the first amendment. Don't be afraid to offend me or anything else, since I'm not too bothered by much of anything. Thanks again for the help.

Looks like a good tune up list. Check your local dealership for prices on there cap, rotor and wires. You can't beat OEM (NGK) ignition parts if the price is right. To go along with your extensive seafoam adventures you should check out the EGR port cleaning thread in the Accord FAQ's. Along with the IACV & FITV cleaning thread in there as well. Seafoam may or may not do the job well, I have never used the stuff personally, but these cleaning tips work 100%. They will help with the MPG tune up for sure.

A good word of advice is to avoid Seafoam if it's a particularly high-mileage car (say a good ways past its first timing belt change). At a certain point the Seafoam starts hurting the engine in terms of seal health vs. helping to get gunk out.

You're talking about in the oil, right? I'm not into putting seafoam into crankcases since it's a solvent, which breaks stuff (oil) down and thins it out. In older design engines (the 4.0 in my Jeep) I'd use diesel oil for an oil change or two in the summer, but for modern engines (or Hondas in general) with tight clearances, I'd use a quart of transmission fluid in the oil about a week before changing it.
