Default need help

hey i just got done putting a b16 into my friends 91 ef i did the dpfi to mpfi everything seems to run perfect but its like it has a rev limiter at 3500. i tought that it could be the tps sensor but i had another throttle body that i switch out and the same thing happened, i was told that you have to switch two of the wires on the map sensor but cant find anything about it on here, so if anyone could help or has had this problem let me know thanks

Everything isn't perfect if it's rev cut is 3500 rpm. That's limp mode. What CEL do you have?

Change the dizzy with a known working one. I'm suspecting your wiring.
