wen i start my car 1998 accord v6 for bout 5 mins every day before i drive off i let it heat up but my heat and cold sensor stays below the line all day neva really moves sometimes it will jus go to the C line and stay there neva above it and the rest of the time the pointer stays below the C this is bothering me anyone know whats the issue

 

are you getting HOT heat from you vents? if not, replace thermostat

 

yea the control on the 1998 model goes 60 lowest (cold) to 90(hot) it works just the sensor where the C and H are the bar is always below the C

 

man joo got the messed up car.......lol

since your heat is hot the next step is to verify that the sensor for the sending unit is working proeperly..... there are 2 sensors one for the guage and one for the engine management unit there is another one on the rad for the fan when the car is off
