TurboEdit is OBD0, but you're talking about OBD1. What do you really need?

If you are going OBD1 that's easy, there are plenty of bin repositories out there and plenty of base maps for ITRs. If you can't find one just start from scratch on Crome. If you need to convert it to OBD0 for turboedit/BRE it's a little more complicated since the scalars are a lot different, what I usually do is plug in a spread sheet that averages the rows (there are more RPM scalars with OBD1) to make more rows that fit OBD0, and condenses the load columns to fit the OBD1 tables (using Crome). You'll still have to tune it.

If you're staying OBD0, we have a couple of ZDyne units at the shop, IIRC one has a map from a turbo B18C5 on it.
