Default thinking about converting LX to Ex

i was thinking of converting my 99 LX 4dr to a EX. besides ordering new door moldings on body color and side ground effects, and the rims, what else would i have to do? anyone know if all EX's had spoilers that year? i think i can do it under $1000 if i get a deal on the rims on E-bay.

wow, didn't realize that many differences. i was just thinking aesthetically, though. i think the ex is a much better looking car with the body colored moldings and the rims
