I had to question whether that was a single sided swingarm before the accidnet

 

It doesn't mention the status of the driver or rider... I hate to jump to conclusions, but my friend was killed when he broad-sided an SUV at 55mph.

 

I feel bad for the driver of the golf

Never a good thing when a object with a enormous amount of kinetic energy comes to a sudden stop.

 

So my readin skills are, um...

The human body can't survive sudden stopping from very high speeds (I think a sudden stop from 40mph will kill you).
