Default sportlines or prokit?

i have a 08 lx coupe GG..my friend has a 4dr si and he is selling his sportlines with stock shocks for $200. BUT, i was researching on 8thcvic.com and finding out some ppl in cali were getting pulled over..and the sportlines may have been the reason why.i used to have a 93 hatch and got pulled over all the time for being lowered (with sportlines)...so my question is...for those who live in cali, will my car be a cop magnet if im lowered with the sportlines (also, i have 35% tint in front and 20% in back)? or should i just get the prokit and play it safe? with either set of springs i will be getting a camber kit...

so $200 for sportlines with stock shocks, or prokit (with my stock shocks)
do u think i will get pulled over? i would tend to think not since it will be basically stock looking other than tint and type s rims. no mods will be done to the engine either. any input appreciated...and btw...i have an account on 8thcivic, but it wont let me post a thread??
