Default Help With 91 STD model wiring

I have an 91 STD Hatchback DPFI

And ive got an 93 b18b1 LS motor.

Ive got the Si Motor harness and i know how to wire the motor

and even do the DPFI to MPFI conversion from the ECU

BUTTTT, on the passenger tower plugs there is only 2 plugs, and on the SI harness

theres 3, 1 Round, 1 long sqaure and 1 small square one.

Do i have to change the whole underdash harness or can i wire the extra plug myself?

Note: i would be willing just to get another underdash harness from an SI hatch

Most people just modify the factory wiring harness on a mpfi swap or any motor swap.

well i've been wondering, if the DPFI to MPFI conversion will work on any DPFI motor, why not on mine.

Its the stock d15b7 (4 speed manual)

Meaning, if do the conversion on the MOTOR harness, and the ECU, wouldn't i be able to drop in any MPFI motor.

i've look and the only differance between my motor and any 5 speed is the trans

and then that extra plug on the tower plugs

so if i do the DPFI to MPFI conversion using my old stock d15 motor harness

and a few parts from my SI motor harness, shouldn't i be able to run any type of MPFI motor.(within reason)

Now if i can fix this problem *ANYBODY* no matter what type of model (HF,SI,STD...etc) would be able to swap a motor.

So by helping me, it would help everyone.....so help me think outside the box even if it hurts your brain

you can replace the whole under dash harness from an HF/Si (a lot of work) or convert it yourself (search for DPFI to MPFI on here), send it off to rywire to convert it, or look on ebay there is a guy who sells the harnesses converted already for around 150 bucks

You use the dpfi harness and use plugs and wire from the SI harness to make it work
