My 01 civic has the btech motor in it and it wont start. It cranks but no start. At first it was blowing my pcm fuse. i replaced the pcm and now it doesnt blow the fuse but it wont kick over. What should i check first and does it sound like a fuel problem? I dont smell any fuel and i dont really hear the fuel pump when i turn the key to the on position

 

WTF is btech?

Your main relay probably shat the bed. It happens frequently. It's about $24. Replace it.

 

where is that located at? under the hood fuse box or where?
