this morning on my way out to work I got in the car and tryed to start it. All the lights came on. When I turned the key it turned all the way but no power, no juice, nothing. The steering wheel and the brakes seemed "locked up" too. I just got a new battery 3 or 4 months ago and since the lights and radio were on I figured that wasn't the issue. I called my bro and he said that it may be a wiring prob, alternator, or bad starter. I don"t know much about cars and if anyone can give me some advice I would appreciate it. thks

 

Sounds like a bad ignition switch

 

Did it try to turn over or was it just a click and nothing?
