5 lug conversion question?
I recently did a 5 lug conversion on my 98 GSR and put on DC5 Type R wheels. Now my first question is this if my stock offset was +45 and with my new wheels i dont know what the hell it is now? The wheels by them self are +60mm what i notice is they do rub a little on the inner wheel well but not much i could live with it my car is tucked to the ground and i like the fact that the wheels are under the car with minimal camber. My Second question is this, if i change my offset from stock to what ever it is now let say 55mm would it totally mess up my handling and should i try to space it out some?
The rubbing is not my concern i just want to know if having a lesser offset in essence bringing the wheelbase in toward the car would that affect my handling
Not in a negative way,. I had a 5 lug for several years. the hub and rotor seem thicker and pushed out further than a normal integra. Also the offset on the itr is 50+

It's certainly not as detrimental to "handling" as driving the car "tucked to the ground" and "with minimal camber."
