I need some help for fix the cel code on my car. Anyone can tell me some good shop to do that? or Anyone Can do that for me?

I got a 97 Civic with 99 si B16a engine in it now. Now it has the 3 Cel, one is 91, 14 and forgot the another. I am trying to install the si fuel tank to get ride of Cel 91. I was trying to trouble shooting 14, but didn't get it fix.

I was quoted $200 for all those to be fix, but the shop was at San Bernardino, and that guy ditched me once. (i drove all the way from LA to there).

I need to get all these fix so I can get it BAR'd.

I am at 323 area..

can u pull all the codes? make sure its the correct ones. cycle the ecu and get the cel to come back on and see what codes pop up.

 

thanks for all the reply. I even changed ecu, i don't know why i keep getting 14, the IAC one, i know why i am getting 91. I was troubleshooting the IAc according the manual, did exactly as the manual said, the wiring was good, and the IAC was good, no idea what the hell went wrong.
