7 SFWD racers have emailed for their free pass. Counting the locals, SFWD might be a Quick 16 with payout increase.

Gates open at 9 am with first round qualifying at 11. No Problem Raceway is a top notch facility, but there is only ONE entrance. We'll try our best to bring the heads up racers to the front of the line, but sometimes it gets too clustered to do that. Heads Up racers, be at the track by 8:00/8:30 am so can be the first inside when gates open.

We'll be checking cars for rule requirements before each round.

How sticky are they with TECH at Belle Rose? I don't have a cage but my car is a little quicker than 11.50 on slicks (11.3X). Should I just run Drag Radial? (11.6X)?

So far i think there are 9 out of state cars registered for FWD and there should be a few more that are local. Should be some good racing next weekend!

woiuld any of the sfwd racers oppose a street class awd talon to race with them? My car is not legal for the street 8 class cause I have 3/4 interior and front exit exhaust.

Just as a heads up, I have never seen the track staff kick someone off for no cage at an IFO event. They'll do it under normal circumstances, however.

E.J.</TD></TR></TABLE>yea, i can confirm this. i have seen cars w/o cage go faster than 11.5 at ifo and not get the boot.

I will not be running this event unfortunatly, but will be there if anyone needs anything...

looking forward to this one.

There will be 45 minutes of no drag racing before first round of eliminations because of the drift demo on the road course. The drift demo won't interfere with any of the heads up racing schedule, only take away some time from the TnTers.

Sorry, but I will not make it to this one, hopefully I'll be at Shreveport. I've had some car issues and gas being $3.02 a gallon I just can't afford the trip without being confident in my car.

Man there were alot of cars there. The street tire class was huge. SFWD looked a little thin 6-8 cars, sorry I couldn't race. It would have been fun, a handful of mid to low 10 sec cars. I had to leave before eliminations, update us when they're done.
