LS front seats in an EF sedan???

LS front seats in an EF sedan???
Are LS seats a direct bolt on onto the frame? or do I have to drill holes?
I am planning on getting some 91 si seats but I'm not sure if I have to change the rails or make new holes to the frame. If anyone has done this before or have any insight it would be greatly appreciated.

If you dont want to drill the floor, you can also swap the seat pans..
