Will these MSD wires work on a d16a6 motor even though they are on a DOHC Motor ?

Absolutely.
Everything is pretty much in the same location. As in the distributor and spark plug holes.

those might work cause its a zc but some of the b series ones are different lengths as in the long part that plugs into the spark plug.

Good catch BlackO and a for me.

Yes, the distance from the sparkplug wire seal to the sparkplug can be different length's.

I believe all D's are the same

yuup they are.. but I recomend going with OEM spark plug wires. They have been tried and tested and found to work just fine.

Not to Jack the thread but I have the same setup with my LS motor, anyone know if they'd fit on a b16a?? I swapped my other motor in (B16a) used the same MSD setup, it cranks but doesn't run. Haven't pulled the plugs yet cause I didn'thave the right tool.

Haha ya, True, I realized that after I had posted. I figured I could get away with it though since it is actually related to the topic, just a small variant.

If anyone does have any insight, it would be greatly appreciated...

Dude, I have been trying to figure this out for days. I turn up a lot of info but never really what I need. This seemed the closest way to it. Simple question, but the answer still eludes me.
