IACV and VTEC plug switched and now car wont start
I had a friend tell me my IACV and VTEC plug might have beeen misplaced and that might be the cause of me not having vtec engage on my obd0 B16A.
So i switched the two plugs and ran it and still drove the same with no vtec and still idled low so i out them back to how they originally were and I go to leave for work and it wont crank over fully. Its wanting to start but not run.
Anyone ?

Also . . My fuel pump isnt priming anymore and the Check Engine Light doesnt turn off after like the 2 seconds it takes for the pump to prime
Chances are your ECU is dead now. Most people burn out a circuit when they swap IAT and IACV plugs, but I'm unsure about VTEC. Also,
on you for not using a continuity tester. You NEVER use trial and error when it comes to wiring and an ECU.
I'd suggest starting it with the gas pedal pressed a little to compensate for a broken IACV, or turn the idle screw out a few turns. Otherwise try a different ECU...
