So im swapping my b18b1 into my 88 DX Civic, and i have done some research on the DPFI to MPFI and I just wanna clear some ?'s i have.
Obviously the D series engine is DPFI, and i need to convert it to MPFI. i have the diagram to depin and heatsrhink and that is decently explained.
My ? Is what else will i need for the the swap and conversion. Will i need A Injector Resister box? and what else?
I have the OBD1 ecu for the engine and im getting the jumper harness for the b18 back from the car i took it out of. Will i still need to do the MPFI swap? Thats pretty much what im confused on.
What will plug in and what wont for the harness thats on the B18 to the civic.
I have tried to look for these ?'s and answers for a while, and i cant really understand the wiring, part of the swap. Sorry if this is a repeated ?, but i wanna get this swap done ASAP, so i can drive lol.
