I think I am going to Boundary Bay on both July 6&7 since my bro and his gf has registered to race in this 2days' VCMC anniversary auto-x event. I am not racing myself since I got something else to do in the morning & evening. So I can't attend the banquet and stuff.

Is anyone of you guys going to race or watch the races? If so let me know by PM me or post up here.

You sure about july 08? ( not a misprint...? ) That's a Monday... I could even go if it's a monday..

Is this an event that a newbie could get in on?

If you are interested - you can try and register for the Monday (yes Monday) event. But first timers must usually attend a drivers orientation meeting (to learn flags, handsignals and general rules) first. Your car must also be tech'ed for the day.

If you have the day off - why not come to Mission for an hour or so and see what we do. We will be there from 6:30 AM - 3PM or so.
