Default '98 Civic - Charcoal canister plug?

Alright guys, bought this car with a spun rod bearing last week. It's a '98 Si coupe (same as your guys EX coupe). Picked up and dropped in a motor from a '98 Acura 1.6EL (d16y8, just like my stock motor). The motor came with wiring harness so I just used the harness that came with the motor. When I was finishing up the install, I realized that the harness that came with the new motor is missing the plug for the charcoal (EVAP) canister.

I really don't want to swap harnesses, so I was just going to cut the plug off the stock harness and wire it up. Only thing is I have no idea where it needs to be wired to. I tried looking through a service manual and I couldn't find which ECU pins it would go to...

Any help would be appreciated!

I tried searching google images and couldn't find any good pics that show what I'm talking about... But, the charcoal/EVAP canister that's mounted near the fuel filter, on my EK there's one sensor plug on the canister that the harness from the '98 EL doesn't have.

I can try to take a picture if you still don't know what I'm talking about...

http://technet.ff-squad.com/wiring.obd2a.htm

if its the EVAP purge it looks like A15 is one of the wires, not sure if the OBD2 is a switched power or ground for the other wire

Yeah, that's what I was thinking - Y7s and Y8s have the EVAP PS on the IM last time I checked...never seen a plug on the actual charcoal caniser. My '96 Y7 doesn't have a plug there...maybe it's a '98-'00 thing. Weird.

Is it throwing a CEL because it's not hooked up?

I've never before seen the plug on the charcoal canister either, but I've always dealt with EF / EG / DA's... I'm waiting on a balljoint so I can finish everything up so I'm not too sure about the CEL yet. I'll be finishing it up on Sunday so I'll post up the results when I get them
