i bought a set of oem 04 civic wheel set with 15" alloy with 195/60/15 tires. and i found out that rear driver side wheel is hitting again outer fender but passenger side is perfectly ok? do i need to pull out the rear fender a bit or ?

 

i've had a couple of buddies who had that...im not really sure what causes that.....i might just be the tire sizes...but again im not sure...
