Default 99 accord transmission swap (AUTO)

i did an (AUTO) accord transmission swap 99 accord lx 2.3 the transmission was bad so i got another one from (AUTO) 01 accord, and it drives weard, the RPM's are weard to, it switches gears fine, when u come to a stop it takes time to switch gears and it kick hard. Any one knows whats wrong,

It sounds like you still have a defective tranny. Thats what my tranny did before it started to slip and eventually went out.

this is why you do not put a used trans in the car. change it out for a NEW one or have it rebuilt by someone who KNOWS how to deal with these transmissions

Out of curiosity, how much was the cost for replacing the transmission, twice? And remember that you can have a manual put in for about $1,500 or so (with quality parts). I think that’s the total cost, labor included.

I remember the salesman telling me how great automatic transmissions were in the ’99 Accord when I was shopping for one, because I really wanted an EX but I also wanted manual transmissions. I ended up buying a ’99 LX with a 5-speed, still going strong.
