Default Effects of a Blox/Skunk2 manifold on a B18C1

I did this on my swap to cut down on the swap wiring required, but now the motor feels weak. I think its worst from about from 4k-7k. on a closed course, the car topped at 116ish at about 6k rpms. i dont really compete competitively much, but id like to get what i can out of the motor. anyone with a similar experience or do i need to look elsewhere for my problem?
note-the car has not been tuned, will this make up for the manifold or do i need to throw some more mods into the mix. the motor is stock except for itr valves.

throw in some decent cams and a better flowing header to really get it breathing then tune it. single runner manifold's on b18c1's are geared more for top end power.

you'll gain the power back by running a chipped P28 and at least some stage 1 cams.

The boost will usually take care of some loss in the midrange.
