She should have power steering, so she has the tightest steering rack that comes on '96-'00 Civics.

I have a '98 EX coupe and have never noticed that I have to "turn the steering wheel too much".

yeah i would def. go drive the car yourself. Some things girls have told me regarding problems with their cars turn out to be compltely normal.

I've noticed peopel being confused like this... both men and women though.

Does she have larger wheels/tires than stock?

I would try it for yourself first before you do anything else. I don't see how much could be wrong with it unless there is excessive play in the suspension components.

That won't change the turn radius. It would just make it more difficult for her to turn it, especially at low speeds.

The power steering rack is tighter than the non-power steering rack too btw (not that he'd remove her rack if he were deleting the power steering).

I'm a girl. I drive a '98 EX coupe. I even watched yesterday to see how much my wheel turns for a 90 degree turn. When driving slow I drive according to the road btw, I don't cut into the corner/other lane. My wheel turned (at the most) about three quarters of a full turn.

She's probably just thinking that for a 90 degree turn, she would turn the wheel 90 degrees. She's incorrect, but it's an easy mistake for someone to make.
