Front end vibration after replacing CV Boot on 99 Prelude
I replaced the inner CV boot on the driver of my 1999 Prelude and now that its all been put back together, I have a bad vibration over 60mph and when I take my foot off the gas and don't use the brake
you may not have noticed your CV boot being damaged for quite a while in which case the axle itself is probably bad now. what did you pay for the CV boot? arent they like $30? and a new axle with lifetime warranty is like $75
The boot was $15.00, but there was no not even a slight issue before. Do you think that I could have put it all back together wrong. I know that I tighten all the bolts as hard as I could. Is it possible that I screwed up the ballance?
