wut are the plastic peices called under the fenders. the plastic peice that completes the side skirts. also where can i get them i need them for my inspection. i have no junk yards around that have them so its out of the question. you can see the peice missing on my car here......

Other states require a safety inspection instead/along with smog. Mainly due to high amount of rust.

So basically he needs that piece to cover up the rust he has there?

 

i think it's more of a mudflap thing that's needed for inspection. you'll have to find someone parting out their car for that piece. you can probably find someone with only a shell left and get it from them. ask around here if you live close to someone or they can ship it to you
