this morning at 7am i crashed my car.

i was driving with my friend to pick up another friend on our way to school. it was icy out and my hand also slipped off of the steering wheel and i lost control of the car. there was a pick up truck half in the driveway half on the street with the car on but nobody was in it (does this make him relsponsible for this at all?) i crashed straight into the car. the guy was standing near his car but not in it and he pretended i hit him and rolled on the ground. it was physcially impossible for me to hit him from where he was standing. whatever f_ck him he truely was a dick about it. i understand it was my fault but if i were him i'd at least be nice about it.

My Bumper, front lip, hood, light, windshield, and whatever they need to do wit the airbags

I havnt found out if its considered totaled yet. The bumper lip light hood door and windshield are all f_cked I was only going 30 and yeh the airbags deployed. I'm hoping its not totaled, yah a new car would be kinda nice start over but I'll have to get new tint I think I need a new lip and HIDs I doubt insurance will cover that stuff but idk I have the reciepts

hey im in south jersey and i have an 07 si four door for sale once you find out whats happening with insurance and all that stuff let me know keep your head up its only a car it can be replaced lives cant.

I'm going to find out whats up with insurance today i believe but im thinking it isnt totaled and that the insurance is going to cover every bit of it. today im going to leave the reciepts for my front lip and my HIDs in my car so the insurance company gets it


the cop said after he talks to his boss theres a posibilaty i get a careless driving ticket but if i do im going to get he weather report from yesterday and bring it to court stating the roads were icy. Also in my defense im going to get news articales about all of the other car accidents there were in my town yesterday (there were a few)

 

don't leave the actual receipts in the car, try copies.

If you hand it to them personally or speak to them and fax, then you know they've actually seen the receipts. If you leave 'em on the seat, you got no guarantee they'll pay any attention.
