coilovers for my EM2

I need to know which coilovers or strut&spring setup is the best setup for my 02 em2(civic) cause some friends are telling me to go with the 1 piece and others are telling me shock&spring.. need some feedback

all depends on if you want just a sleeve coilover, strut and spring combo or real coilovers. and how much you got to spend!
