Default squealing/rubbing belt

91 accord exr - 291 000 km

So I get my timing belts changed the other day, along with my p/s belt and alt. belt. Car runs good, but once it got warm, i started hearing this rubbing sound from one of the belts on what i believe would be the timing cover. Its not that noticeable, but it still bothers me and i figure itll wear out my brand new belt. Now later on this week, i started hearing a loud squeal when I downshift or when I accelerate. Is this really just a belt rubbing against my timing cover or could it be something else ? Anybody know a fix for this timing cover problem ?

Did you look to see if there was any signs of wear on any of the belts?
