Default (( Project SOHC Drag EH Hatch)) Build thread

Started this build beginning of summer 2007... Things are starting to move so I thought I would start our thread. Its me and my cousin B18vtec's drag car. We will keep things updating as we go!

The start:
Shell bought from user Joe "V8Killer" "CUin9sec" not a favored user! haha but the deal we got we couldnt resist!

NASTY NASTY NASTY, look at that sweet hole over on the left tower!!

Cleaned the stickers/gunk off the doors.

Sanded and Waxed the hood to try and get the faded parts off. Looks better but still a little hazy.

Starting to clean the inside, pulled the rear side panels out.

Bare z6 block

Donor block; for just extra parts

Dual stage boost controller

part #9200 = hopefully no problems

Got rid of the nasty 17s that came on it.

Scat Rods

Ended up going with this Block Y8 due to it having a matching Girdle... Other one wasnt for sure cuz the kid was a little shady lol. and already notched. just looks a little nasty

New corners and hood pins

Roll cage painted black, and the interior got a fresh white paint job. The dull nasty looking parts will be covered by carpet/panels
