fuel filter is located on the firewall behind the vacuum canister, just follow the fuel hose from the fuel rail back to the firewall to find it. fuel pump is underneath the back seat. take it out to change the pump if need be

The fuel pump access is NOT under the back seat.

Any access holes will be Behind the back seat in the trunk floor.

You do have to drop the fuel tank though to remove the fuel pump. There is a cover behind the back seat under the carpet, but it does not provide enough room to remove the pump. Of course you could always start cutting away at the floor.
