I got rid of my 17's the other day bc i was tired of hauling those heavy rims around. So i traded a friend of mine for some slips. Car is thundergrey and what color shall i paint, or how should i do the slips? I know slips are played, but im broke and don't have any cash to buy new rims.



The slips are already black, and i dont like black on thunder grey combo. Doesn't look too appealing.

Any Input is GREATLY appreciated, bc im stumped.

I am doin what i want, but im just askin other peopls thoughts and ideas. Since these wheels are played, and i dont see any other colors then polished or black wheels on thundergrey tegs, i was jw. So no need to be a dick.

Yeah but then again if you had any power it wouldnt make a difference.

All jokes aside, the meshes looked really good on it and you didnt look like every ebay made Honda.

those were very nice looking rims you traded for the most played out wheel at the moment. Who cares if they are heavier its not a race car.

Anyways, paint the slips any color you want and if you dont like them you can always redo them.

 

when i say heavy, i mean heavy. They were draggn me down so bad, and it felt like i had a d series or something. I know it isnt a race car, but those rims were like 25lbs a piece or near it. but thanks for the input.

Oh ok. Yeah Silver was the way i was leaning. Im gonna just ride on these for awhile, in spring i plan on getting some buddy club p1's.

why not polish them and make them feel like "real" rims.

 

jus keep them the way they are, no offense but i wouldnt even bother spending the time nor money to give them a different look
