Default BOTI street performance class, few Q's

I know the 08 rules arent out yet, so I have the 07 rules in front of me and have a few questions regarding body and interior that hopefully some of you can answer for me.-

Interior-

Requires OEM dash, headliner, door panels and 2 seats up front.

Is carpet required?

Do the A and B pillars need their covers?

Center console required?

Body- Factory glass, and must appear OEM looking

Windsheild wipers required?

Side and rearveiw mirrors required?

Thats it, everything else is pretty straight forward.

Thanks.

Thanks.

as far as side mirrors go, can it just be the shells or do the mirrors need to be functional?

It would require me to source out some non power mirrors. At least if I could run shells Id just gut out the power mirrors.

Thanks for the help.

as long as there are actual mirrors there, it wont be a problem where or not they have power motors

i guess ill put my question in here also, sorry if i offend you DC4...

how strict are they are the interior rules? If the kick panels are missing, they wont make me run to a junkyard/Honda dealership in order to race, will they?

Last year no kick panels were ok. I did not have mine on and nothing was said at all.

Ok, new rules out, didnt see any mention of wipers being required. Should I assume then its ok not to have them?

Also how about the kick panels?

I think I know the answer to this one, but just to be sure, is a line lock for rear brakes allowed in the SP class?

INTERIOR:
Complete interior, including: dashboard, door panels, headliner, carpeting,
etc. mandatory. Two front seats required. Rear seats may be removed. Aftermarket seats permitted but, must be fully upholstered.

boti will enforce the interior rule

BRAKES:
The application and release of the vehicle’s brakes must be a function
of the driver. All cars are required to have four-wheel hydraulic
brakes.
Steel braided brake lines are recommended but are not mandatory.

Can you elaborate on this more? I have dashboard, headliner, carpet, two front seats etc, basically everything from the b-pillar forward, but i have no rear interior at all. Is this still acceptable, or do i need more. Thanks in advance.

how do you mount a fuel cell in factory tank location, and how would you fill it if it were there?

Some EGs didnt come with passenger side mirrors, so I dont think they could say something about that.
