I just sent a pm to username kabil on here about this topic. I think those are circuit 8 or 10 but can't really tell since I am viewing from my blackberry.

I know most people don't want to hear the whole Rota vs authentic wheel crap, but if there is one Rota wheel I would never buy it's gotta be the C8. I have seen a bunch of cracked ones here in the bay area.
