Why my 91 integra with B16 won't pass smog?
I need to know why my 1991 integra with a first gen B16 wont pass smog I replaced the cat and both o2 sensors and the smog man still says its a gross polluter can anyone help me?

HC 327, CO .55 CO2 13.50, O2 1.50, and NOX 92 all at idle and at 2500 rpms HC 135, CO .72, CO2 13.80, O2 1.05, and NOX 177. Does this help?
