bleeding brakes
the benefit of bleeding the rears is to replace that old fluid with new fresh fluid.
brake fluid is hydrophilic. which means it attracts water, and will spread out any water throughout the system. so basically all your old fluid going to the rears will be eventually mixed with the new fluid and contaminate it.
why not bleed the rears? its not much harder to do. dont half *** it.
