Default Clutch paddle not release all the way

91 Accord EX 5spd. Clutch doesn't sometime release all the way. I sometime have to use my foot to tap underneath the clutch paddle for it to release back. Is the rod bent? Spring looks ok. I greased all the joints.

Thanks

Your clutch fluid might be leaking out. Check your clutch fluid level. This happened to me when my slave cylinder failed. My fluid leaked out and I had some air in my clutch fluid line.

Clutch fluid is ok. Do you think I may have air in the line?

air in the line would do it, but is there any reason why air would get in the line? Did your fluid ever run all the way down and you had to re-fill it?

I am not sure if there is anyway for air to get in the fluid. More likely for fluid to leak out.

I am not sure if master cylinder failure would cause this. I have never experienced this, so I do not know.

The fluid never run low. I suspect the rod connecting from paddle to master cylinder bent slightly. How did it happen? I have no idea.
