I can't really advise you, but the people here that can are probably going to need more info.
You could always start with what block? pistons? compression ratio? what is the car being used for?
also, you can always talk to supertech personally about your setup.

darton 84mm b16a block
12:5:1 cp pistons
eagle rods
B16a2 head
stock throttle body & intake manifold
port & polish (3 angle valve job)
toda spec b cams
toda valve springs
skunk2 retainers
toda cam gears & timing belt
arp headstuds, rod bolts, main studs
rc 370cc injectors
just need info on the valves and then assembly.
