What are your methods of shaping schedule 10?
I think I'm going to give up and buy a hydraulic press.
I've been trying to shape the schedule 10 to the shape of the port but am having a hard time doing it with anything less than 20 tons.
What are you guys using? I've tried a vice and it doesn't work that great.

I just call Superman over and he does it for me but he's a little pricey.
In all seriousness, you can do it in a good vise if you heat it with a soft flame on an oxy/act torch or just get a press.

Yeahh same here, if you have a decent sized vice and man arms, not girl arms, it shouldn't be any problem.
If getting man arms aren't an option get a piece of straight pipe to go over the vice handle to give you more leverage

Why don't you just use a hammer and a few pieces of metal? Takes about 2 minutes. I used a hammer to match a collector and t3 flange I just built, and it came out fine. I have a hydraulic press, and I'd rather use the hammer. If you need to create a certain contour, you can just clamp a piece of metal so it sticks off the edge of the table, put the tube over that, and hammer it. If you need to flatten it, hammer it on the table, if the middle starts to become concave, put it over a small piece of thick flat stock clamped off the table, and hammer it back flat.
