Kinda off the topic of s2000 but I got a ticket for being in the car pool lane by my self n I want 2 fight it.... My excuse was gonna be that someone cut me off so I swerved onto the car pool lane n because of traffic I tried 2 change lanes n by the time I did the cop saw me change back n gave me the ticket.....u think that would work??? N e suggestions?

 

How about pay it off? You were breaking the law by being in the carpool lane, which is reserved for 2+ people. You fvcked up now bite the bullet and man up.

getting a ticket for speeding 5~10mph over posted speed limit is acceptable and reasonable to fight saying you were going with the traffic.
going into carpool lane without any passenger is unacceptable.
you took the chance, you must pay the price

Try this excuse ..

You are a retard and thought you could get away with it.. but since you got caught you thought you can be even more retarded and make up an excuse that would help you out.

 

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do about the ticket. The court has heard hundreds of excuses such as that. The court will not let it slide, it's your word against a vehicle code violation. Only way you could get away with it, is if the officer rips up the ticket. But that's highly doubtful in this case, highway patrol is very **** about PC violations, ask me how I know.
