Default suspension....

I'm running the basic setup of tokico blue w/ the h&r race springs in my '91 crx si and want to go with the skunk 2 basic full coilover. any one have other suggestions???

Two of my buddys have Skunk2's. Both of them love the ride quality but they are WAY to bouncy. They soak up bumps very well, never bottem out but they are super bouncy.

I would suggest getting KYB AGX's for your EF. Alot of user's on here have KYB AGX's with H&R Springs.

Another combo would be Koni Yellows with Ground Controll Springs. (A friend of mine had this on his EJ6, Smoothest and most OEM quality ride)

Bounce is usually because of either missmatched dampers and springs, or blown dampers. 95% of the ride quality will depend on the quality of damper and how well matched they are to the spring rates.

Blues are not good for drop man, they will blow, tis a matter of time.

The skunk2's they have are the Pro Sports I think. Came complete with struts and springs BNIB. The springs they come with are wayy to soft. Id stay away from Skunk2
