Default low idle on start up

d16y7 obd0 with a d15b7 intake mani. when the car is allready warmed up and i start it it barely wants to start it will idle super low but it will always start never dies. if i wait about 3-4 seconds it idles up to where its suposed to be and stays there all the time. the only time it idles low is when i first start it when its warm. other then that it idle perfect. is it a fast idle valve problem or iacv problem? i did take apart the fast idle valve under the tb and screwed the thing in all the way tight cause it was idleing way high before. could that be my problem?

I posted a response to similiar problem from a H-T member. Bleed the cooling system. You may have air in the system

When you opened up the FITV, did you clean it as well?

Have you cleaned the IACV? Your description sounds like it may be a dirty or malfunctioning IACV, or it could be coolant related (but you checked that already).

Any CELs?

carb cleaner works good, but either will work. let it soak a bit then spray the crap out of it, or use some compressed air if you have it.
