Default Painting parts? any suggestions? (a first timer)

I want to start off by painting small parts, and eventually get to a whole car.

I want to know what paint is "OK" for someone who is on a budget, wanting to paint some parts with colormatched paint? Dupont?

Should I just go with a devilbiss set of 2 guns, and a 40-60 gallon compressor?

I want to get this replica rando sports front bumper for my rsx, and possibly paint an older oem bumper that I have.

Will it be hard to get the paint to match the rest of the car? My car color is satin silver metallic.

any halp would be appreciated.

I would get the cheapest paint you can get thats made by one of the big name manufacturers to learn and practice with. PPG, Dupont, BASF, Sikkens are a few of the common companies. Personally I like the BASF RM Diamont line. Get the highest CFM, oiled compressor you can afford. You have to get access to the paint chips/ spray out samples of the different color variants to paint match a certain color. Find a paint supply store that will paint match for you or help you out. Satin silver is a very common Honda color and pretty easy to paint match bumpers and parts that do not need to have the adjacent panels blended for a perfect match. I've never used the good Devilbiss guns, but I've heard they work pretty damn good for the money.
