Default D16z6 CRX Si

I have a 90 CRX si with no motor and a bit of wiring problems.
I also have a 89 CRX Hf with the d16z6 that I got from a friend who was putting the motor in but gave up due to funds.

I plan on fixing all the wiring and doing a wire tuck in the si while im at it but today when I was taking the engine harness off the d16z6 I noticed it was missing a temp sensor connection, the fuel injectors were cut off the harness but still there.

I have no clue were to go from here. Should I get a new engine harness? If I were to convert to obd1 what would I have to do? Just get the conversion harness at the ECU and I could use the same engine harness?

Thanks alot for all and any help....

it might be cheaper to get the plugs and solder them back on. or you can get a whole nother harness just remember hf and si harnesses are different. and if you convert to obd1 you use your stock engine harness. check out rywire.com theres a how to on there.

I have the hf and si harness next to each other and I see they are different but both have missing connectors so its hard to determine what go's were....

I found a few DIY type threads but they wern't to specific on things...Well I dont see me getting a conversion harness right now, so I could just run the car like that right...and what should I do about the missing temp sensor?

Is there a wiring diagram anywere?

When converting to obd1 I know there is the issue with the ressistor box, when I go to obd1 Id like to take out the ressistor box because the b16 has obd1 injectors..

How do you go about wiring them?

yes you can run the z6 obd0. its theres no wire sticking out that go cut off or the whole wire is mia? are you talking about the temp sensor for the guage or ecu?

you can use your stock injector plugs and plug them into the obd1 injectors there not an exact fit but if you push them on hard enough they will fit and work fine. or get obd1 injector plugs and wire those in. next you take your resistor box and cut off the plug then solder all 5 wires together. then take that little plug with the wires all soldered together and plug it into your engine harness. you can also do this and keep the car obd0. just remember if you have obd1 injectors you dont use the resistor if you have obd0 injectors you use the resistor.
