I don't know what you mean by dip into new color. What do you want them "dipped" in?

If you're talking about powder coating your wheels I would start HERE

If you're talking about chrome (about the only thing I can think of dipping) I would try HERE

The way I found the best places in my area were to just look up 'wheels' or 'wheel repair', 'metal polishing/plating' and 'sandblasting' in the Yellow Pages and then call around and/or look those businesses up on on Google for reviews... Or to just simply type in 'wheel repair (your zip)' into the search engine...
