Ok i was messing with the sunroof a little more and i noticed that if i pickup on the back side of it while its closing it will close all the way. Does there need to be shims or something that help lift it up?

check every screw and bolt point. you shouldnt be able to pick up on it very well. Check for alignment too. I would take it back out personally but thats up to you. Buy a book that helped me.

I tightened everything on the roof panel. When I lift on it the little slide arms are what move a little. I also noticed that when i the sunroof the fully close it sits lower on the driver front. I found a write up it says i may need to shim it. So ill go to the hardware store tomorrow and see about some thin washers
