EK 96-00 Civic Shell. Must be straight, clean, manual, cope.

Looking to start a new project but I want to do this one from the ground up.
Also I'm going to be selling a 100% OE 2000 Civic Si (black). Nothing wrong with car at all. Simply don't want to tear down an Si to build a project out of.
